  • Intelligent search– results in an easy-to-view color-coded format based on content type.
  • Employee Handbook Builder– step-by-step, federally compliant tool that helps you build, save, and modify an employee handbook.
HR That Works President Don Phin has become a valued member of the ThinkHR executive team. In addition, we have incorporated many of the HR That Works tools and content. We chose to not bring over content or tools that were duplicative, out of date or seldom used. If there is a tool you need from HR That Works and you can’t find it on the ThinkHR site, please contact Customer Success.
