We first launched HR That Works in 2001 after I left a successful employment practices litigation career. I realized that the win/lose mentality of litigation did little to help employers or their employees. Or me or the other lawyers for a fact. So I quit cold turkey after 17 years.
Now it's ten years later and we've pulled together a nationwide network of experts focused on helping employers and employees alike take responsibility for building powerful and profitable relations. Common sense, not taking sides, is the mentality that governs our strategic thinking, training and tools.
